Question by flyflothruwires: Is there something I could get for my network to share media?
I use media sharing over my network, but I am looking for a more efficient way to do it. In order for me to use my media on my laptop, my desktop (which holds the media) has to be on. I want a way to hold my media in a device that makes it easily accessible throughout my network so my desktop doesn’t have to be on.

Buy an external network drive.
It plugs into your router and becomes a network device that can be accessed from any PC.
Available at any computer store.
